Windsong

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. I read some reviews ahead of time that warned about temperature between levels but that was not an issue as there were plenty of blankets and heaters if needed (for colder levels). There was a grocery store close by so you could quickly run out for any supplies. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the setting in the area. Some of the negatives the cabin was.dusty and had a pet odor ( pet friendly we expected ) some of the blinds on the bottom floor were broken. The dryer took two cycles to dry clothes and the handle to the Jacuzzi tub was not screwed on correctly so it popped off. The TV on the third floor would freeze and then not come on and if you had the heater on for the main level, the third floor was a sauna. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Windows needed to be opened to let the heat escape to make it bearable, would recommend bringing extra bath towels, and one of the kitchen table chair legs was wobbly, and the table itself had its wear and tear on top. On the positive the beds were quite comfortable. It was spacious the two levels of the three sided wraparound porches. We’re great. Kitchen accessories, were reasonable. Getting to Gatlinburg strip or pigeon Forge strip was a 10 to 15 minute drive. Local grocery stores and dollar stores are in the area for an easy pick up last minute items. Parking is fair two large trucks and a small car fit perfectly in the required. Space. The hot tub was small two people adult size would fit perfectly anymore. It would be extremely tight with little movement but to sit and enjoy. We would recommend this cabin as a future stay.

Love the cabin, Windsong. Hemlock Hills is easy to work with. This was the fourth time we stayed with them. It won’t be the last!
